Why is my game crashing, freezing or showing a blank screen?
Your computer's current graphics settings may not be compatible with the game. Try downloading the latest graphics card driver for your system, install some simple updates, or adjust your graphics settings.

Step One - Update your graphics card driver
The graphics card driver tells the computer how to display images on the screen. Manufacturers frequently release driver updates to ensure smooth operation. So it's important to download them as soon as they become available.
Please select your operating system below and follow the steps to determine which graphics card you have installed. Next, check to see if your computer or video card manufacturer has released the latest driver updates.

Step 2: Install the latest software updates
Most newer games require the latest version of Microsoft DirectX, a game graphics display program, to function properly. Follow these steps to update DirectX for Windows XP and Vista (Windows 7 and 8 are already using the latest version):
- Windows XP
- Go toDirectX End User Runtime Web InstallerSide.
- click noTo disposepress and selectaccording toπΊπΈ (If you are using Firefox as your browser, selectsave file.)
- Run Microsoft DirectX Setup to begin installing the latest version.
- When you're done, try playing the game.
- Windows Vista
Check your DirectX version
First, make sure you already have the latest version of DirectX by following the steps below:
- Open the Start Menu (Windows) in the lower-left corner of the screen.
- Type at the bottom of the Start menudxdiagnoSearchfield and press the buttonGet intoto open the DirectX diagnostic tool.
- check yourDirectXVersion, found on the bottom line of the System Information section.
- If your version of DirectX is older than11Please follow the steps below to update.
Update DirectX
- Go toGraphics update page for Windows Vista.

- When the download is complete, run the file to install the Windows Vista graphics update

The dots per inch (DPI) setting affects how images appear on the screen. Some games may have display issues if the DPI is set too high or too low. Check your DPI and adjust if necessary.
