Describe a situation in your career where you had to adopt new ways of working, new systems, new technology, new management, and stop working the way you used to.
You can answer if you have any experience on this, but as an example we can share our experience. Our company was working on the BMC remediation tool, so it was decided that we need to switch to ServiceNow as our ticketing tool and therefore we need to learn and get practical experience to start working on it. I was lucky that our company started training the resource provider on the tool and completed a basic certification to test me.
It was difficult to migrate all the process flow and data, but in the end it was worth the time to learn and develop the skills to do it. The tool was very easy to use and a lot of the work we used to do manually like B. Reports etc has been automated. With this new ServiceNow tool, we have been more productive and the outcome of changing situations is good if you are open-minded and willing to move on.
Share some experiences where you need to change in your life and how you adapted and implemented.
You can answer based on your experience, but as an example, let me share an experience: There was a project I was delivering and the client asked me to go to another country because I wasn't there at the time it was ready and I had a lot of questions about my career and my lifestyle, but I plucked up my courage and accepted the offer and in doing so I gained first hand experience of living in a new country and made new friends, learned about a new culture, traveled to many places.
How to adapt to this new situation before coming to this new country I did some research about the place and some basic words that will help me cope and during work I made some friends who helped me more to learn about the culture and little by little. little by little I adapted to this change in my life.
